Before you install

Is Zeka an AI?

No. Zeka follows fixed rules on your own data, on your device: overdue tasks, unpaid invoices, the next step in a project. The only AI in the app is the task plan drafted from a brief and the quote drafted from that plan. Both are labelled.

What happens after the 7 days?

The app stays open to read. Your projects, clients, quotes and invoices stay where they are. To add new work you subscribe: $11.99 a month or $89 a year.

Do I need an account to start?

No. Pick your craft and see a sample plan first. Sign in with Apple or email when you want to save it.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything is stored on your device first and syncs to your account when you're back online.

Which languages?

English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese (Simplified) and Hindi. The emails Zeka sends come in your language too.

Do you track me?

No tracking across apps and sites, no IDFA, no ad SDKs, nothing sold. To learn which ad led to an install we use Apple's privacy-preserving Search Ads attribution. You can delete your account from inside the app: a 24-hour grace period, then a hard delete.

iPad? Android?

iPhone and iPad, iOS 17.6 or later. There is no Android version.

How do I cancel?

Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.
