Account & Data Deletion

1. How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your FreelancerFlow account and all associated data directly from inside the iOS app:

1. Open the FreelancerFlow app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email with a cancellation link in case you change your mind.

2. What gets deleted

When the deletion is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials (email, password, sign-in identities)
• Profile information (name, preferences, settings)
• Projects, tasks, clients, time entries, and budgets
• Quotes, invoices, and supporting documents you generated
• AI usage history and feature interaction logs tied to your account
• Billing identifiers held for the purpose of operating the Service

3. Grace period

After you request deletion, your account enters a 14-day grace period during which it is deactivated but recoverable. You can cancel the deletion at any time during this window by clicking the cancellation link sent to your email. After the grace period elapses, deletion is irreversible.

4. What we retain

A small amount of information may be retained after deletion when required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Financial records: Invoices and payment records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
• Security logs: Aggregated, non-identifying security and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for a limited period.
• Backups: Encrypted backups roll off on their normal retention schedule (typically within 30 days).

5. Can't access the app?

If you are unable to sign in to request deletion from inside the app, email us at privacy@freelancerflowai.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days, in line with applicable data protection laws.
