Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FreelancerFlow, operated by CC and published under the Corrplus brand ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FreelancerFlow mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreelancerFlow is an AI-powered project management application designed for freelancers. The Service includes features such as:

• AI-powered task generation from project briefs
• Project and task management tools
• Time tracking and budget monitoring
• AI-assisted pricing recommendations
• Client communication assistance
• Priority and deadline management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. The trial is provided through Apple's standard introductory-offer mechanism, which means an Apple ID is eligible for the trial only once per subscription group (i.e. you cannot redeem the trial twice with the same Apple ID, even after a cancellation). No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected at sign-up.

4.2 Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

FreelancerFlow Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription on the Apple App Store. By starting the subscription you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, in compliance with App Store Guideline 3.1.2(a):

• Title: FreelancerFlow Pro.
• Length of subscription: 1 month (monthly plan) or 1 year (annual plan).
• Price: US $11.99 per month or US $89.00 per year. Local-currency equivalents are displayed by Apple at the time of purchase based on your App Store country.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price unless we have given you notice of a change.
• Managing or cancelling the subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or from the App Store on your Mac. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

4.3 Cancellation

During the trial: Cancelling at any point before the trial ends incurs no charge. You will retain access to premium features for the remainder of the trial period.

After the trial: Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current paid period. You continue to have access to premium features until the period ends.

All cancellations are handled by Apple via the system Subscriptions screen described in Section 4.2. We do not manage cancellations directly.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds for App Store auto-renewable subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms. We do not have the ability to process refunds on Apple's behalf. To request a refund, please visit Apple's refund page at reportaproblem.apple.com and select the FreelancerFlow Pro purchase. If you believe you were charged in error and Apple has declined the refund, you may write to us via the contact details in our Privacy Policy and we will make a reasonable effort to assist within the limits of Apple's process.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or input into the Service, including project briefs, task descriptions, and other data ("User Content"). Your data is always yours.

5.2 License Grant

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI-powered features.

5.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the app. We provide data portability features to ensure you maintain control over your information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by the operator of FreelancerFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, tasks, pricing recommendations, and other outputs. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying and approving any AI-generated content before acting upon it.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREELANCERFLOW AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreelancerFlow, its operator, and their agents and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

FreelancerFlow is operated by CC, an independent software developer based in the Republic of Türkiye, and is published under the Corrplus brand; Corrplus is a brand name and not a separate legal entity. Except as required by mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For users in Türkiye: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye. You retain all consumer-protection rights granted to you by Turkish consumer law (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun, No. 6502), including the right to bring disputes before the consumer arbitration committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) within the monetary thresholds set by law.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland: Nothing in this Section overrides the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence. You may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence as permitted by local law.

KVKK applicability: If you are a personal-data subject under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu — "KVKK"), the processing of your personal data is governed by the practices described in our Privacy Policy and you may exercise the rights set out in Article 11 of KVKK (including access, correction, and deletion) by contacting us via the channels listed there. KVKK rights are honored in addition to any rights you may have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other applicable privacy law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
