Preguntas frecuentes
Is FreelancerFlow free?
There's a 7-day free trial with full Pro access, after which the app moves to a paid Pro subscription unless you cancel. The trial requires an Apple ID purchase confirmation. See How the 7-day trial works.
How does the 7-day trial work?
The trial gives you seven days of full Pro access. Apple charges your payment method on day 8 unless you cancel before then. Cancellation goes through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, not through FreelancerFlow.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you don't cancel, Apple charges the monthly or yearly Pro price and your features stay unlocked. If you do cancel, the account moves to read-only mode when day 7 ends — you keep read access to your data but can't create or edit anything until you subscribe again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, through Apple. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FreelancerFlow → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro features until then.
Is my data safe if I delete my account?
Account deletion has a 24-hour grace window. During those 24 hours nothing is destroyed — you can cancel the deletion via the link in the confirmation email, the app, or the public cancel page. After 24 hours the account, the auth user, and every database row tied to your user_id are permanently deleted. See Account deletion and 24-hour grace.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Every change is written to your phone's local database first; sync happens in the background when you have network. There is currently no offline indicator banner in the UI — if you want to confirm a change synced after reconnecting, pull-to-refresh the relevant list. See Cloud sync and offline behaviour.
Does AI Fill Tasks cost extra?
No. AI Fill Tasks is included in the trial and the Pro subscription with a monthly quota. There is no per-call charge and no top-up. See AI quota explained for the full details.
What language is the AI in?
AI Fill Tasks detects the language of the brief and replies in the same language. English and Turkish are confirmed to round-trip cleanly. Other locales may fall back to English. You can force an output language under Settings → AI Preferences.
Do you currently offer an Android version?
No. FreelancerFlow is iOS only today. There is no Android timeline to share.
Do you currently offer a web version?
No. The marketing site at www.freelancerflowai.com is informational only — there is no web sign-up, no web data entry, no web payment. Every account-bearing flow lives in the iOS app.
How do I export my data?
Open the iOS app → Settings → Data → Export all data. The app writes a JSON file with every client, project, task, quote, invoice and payment, then opens the iOS share sheet so you can save it to Files, email it to yourself, or AirDrop it. See Cloud sync and offline behaviour.
Can I import from AND.CO, Bonsai, or HoneyBook?
Not yet. Settings → Data → Import from backup restores a FreelancerFlow JSON backup (handy for moving to a new iPhone), but it doesn't accept competitor export formats. AND.CO / Bonsai / HoneyBook / Fiverr Workspace migration is a planned feature.
Do you support multi-currency?
Yes. Each client carries a default currency, projects inherit from the client, and quotes and invoices inherit from the project. The Money tab handles multi-currency portfolios without auto-converting — each figure is reported in its native currency, with a per-currency breakdown sheet when you have more than one.
How do I send a quote PDF?
From the quote detail screen, tap Send (or Preview first). The app renders a PDF and opens the iOS share sheet so you can email it, message it, or save it to Files. After sharing, flip the status to Sent. See Sending a quote PDF.
How do I mark an invoice as paid?
Open the invoice and tap Add payment. Fill in the amount (pre-filled with the remaining balance for a quick full-pay), method, and date. When the remaining balance reaches zero, the invoice's status flips to Paid automatically. See Payment tracking and partial payments.
What's the difference between a quote and an invoice?
A quote is a proposal of what something will cost — you send it to get the client's agreement. An invoice is a bill — you send it to get paid. In FreelancerFlow you build the quote first; once the client accepts, one tap converts it into an invoice with the same line items.
Can I track partial payments?
Yes. Each invoice can carry as many payments as you want. The remaining balance is Total minus sum of payments, floored at zero. The invoice's status stays Sent until the remaining balance hits zero, at which point it flips to Paid. Useful for retainers and milestone billing.
Is there a team plan?
No. FreelancerFlow is built for solo freelancers. A single user signs into a single account; there is no shared workspace or seat-based pricing.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks, Stripe, or FreshBooks?
No. The app stands alone — invoicing, payment tracking and PDF export live entirely inside FreelancerFlow. There are no direct integrations with QuickBooks, Stripe, FreshBooks, or any other accounting or payments tool today.
How does the Money tab work?
The Money tab shows three KPIs: Earned (what's actually paid in the selected period), Outstanding (what's owed), and Coverage (Earned divided by Invoiced in the selected period, capped at 100%). It groups outstanding items into five buckets (overdue, due soon, unpaid, draft, accepted-not-invoiced) and ranks them with a rule-based "chase this first" list. Profit margin is not yet computed. See Money tab overview.
Will my data stay if I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancelling the subscription moves your account to read-only mode — you keep read access to every client, project, task, quote, invoice and payment. You can't edit anything in read-only mode, but the data is preserved indefinitely. Resubscribing restores write access instantly.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. FreelancerFlow is offline-first: every action writes to your phone's local database first and you can read and edit your data fully offline. You need internet for: signing in or up; running AI Fill Tasks; syncing changes to the cloud (so they show up on another device or get backed up); recording an Apple subscription purchase or restore. If you're working offline, all your edits queue and ship the moment you reconnect.
