What FreelancerFlow does

FreelancerFlow is an iOS app for solo freelancers who want to run the business side of their work from a phone. It handles four things end to end: who you work with (clients), what you're working on (projects and tasks), what you charge (quotes and invoices), and what's been paid (the Money tab).

What you can do today

• Track clients. Name, contact info, currency preference, projects per client.
• Plan projects. Set a budget, an hourly rate or a fixed price, a deadline, and break the work into tasks.
• Generate task lists with AI. Describe a project once; AI Fill Tasks produces a starting task tree you can edit before saving.
• Send quotes. Build a quote with line items, discounts and tax, export it as a PDF, and share it.
• Convert quotes to invoices. One tap converts an accepted quote into an invoice; no re-typing.
• Track payments. Record full or partial payments, see what's overdue.
• See the money. The Money tab shows what you've earned, what's still owed, and how good your collection rate is over any time window.
• Work offline. Every change is written to your phone first, then synced when you're back online.

What it doesn't do (yet)

• No profit-margin calculation. The Money tab shows Earned, Outstanding, and Coverage today; profit is a planned addition.
• No imports from AND.CO, Bonsai, HoneyBook or Fiverr Workspace. You can move between iOS devices using the backup/restore feature, but competitor imports are not yet available.
• No web app, no Android. iOS only for now.
• No team plan. One user, one device-side library.

What's next
